Responding to industry calls and leveraging its influence, the GSM Association has hosted MWC Africa, a world-leading technology event, on this fastest-growing continent. Starting in 2022, MWC Africa actively supports the transformative ambitions of Africa's mobile technology industry, forging new partnerships with local public and private sectors to seek innovative solutions.
The Mobile World Congress Africa ( MWC Africa) not only covers emerging themes in the mobile technology industry but also strives to expand the scale of the Leaders Forum (African Ministerial Programme), creating a comprehensive industry event. MWC Africa focuses on five key areas: 5G, digital finance, healthy development of the internet, startup platforms, and building a digital Africa.
The Mobile World Congress Africa ( MWC Africa ) attracted nearly 1,000 leading companies from 75 countries and regions, with senior executives and decision-makers accounting for over 40% of the participants.
