Exhibitors can design and build their own booths, suitable for companies that wish to personalize their presentation. Fill out the application form: Fill out the booth application form online, providing basic company information and booth requirements. Choose a booth: Select your preferred booth location based on the booth layout map, and confirm the booth type and size. Submit your application: Submit your booth application form and related materials, and wait for the organizing committee to review it. Contract signing: After the review is approved, the organizing committee will sign a booth rental contract with the applicant company, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. Pay deposit: Pay the booth deposit as required by the contract to ensure successful booth reservation. Pay the final payment: Pay the final payment for the booth according to the time agreed in the contract. Booth Confirmation: Once payment is completed, the booth reservation is officially confirmed, and exhibitors will receive a booth confirmation letter and exhibition guidelines. The Chengdu International Environmental Protection and Solid Waste Exhibition (ECOMONDO CHINA) is one of the most representative green technology and renewable energy trade shows in western China.
