Submit your application: Submit your booth application form and related materials, and wait for the organizing committee to review it. Contract signing: After the review is approved, the organizing committee will sign a booth rental contract with the applicant company, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. Pay deposit: Pay the booth deposit according to the contract requirements. Pay the final payment: Pay the final payment for the booth according to the time agreed in the contract. Booth Confirmation: Once payment is completed, your booth reservation is officially confirmed, and you will receive a booth confirmation letter and exhibition guidelines. The previous Guangzhou International Surface Treatment, Electroplating, and Coating Exhibition (SF EXPO) covered an area of approximately 20,000 square meters, attracting 503 companies from countries and regions including China, the United States, Germany, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Thailand, and Canada. Thousands of businesses gathered in Guangzhou to browse the exhibition, negotiate, sign contracts, conduct transactions, and participate in conferences. The event attracted 30,024 domestic and international visitors, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Compared to the previous edition, the exhibition area increased by 33.5%, and the number of professional buyers increased by 7.9%.
Since its inception in 2000, it has been certified by the Union of International Fairs (UFI) in 2012 and has continued to pass the annual audit.
